Finnair does not yet know whether tomorrow’s flights between Helsinki Airport and London Heathrow will be able to operate. Finnair’s communications department tells STT that the airline is following Heathrow’s instructions on the matter.

Tomorrow there would be a total of ten flights, five in each direction.

Heathrow Airport said early Friday evening on the X messaging service that it could now safely resume flights after a power cut.

Today Finnair cancelled all six of its return flights between Helsinki Airport and Heathrow.

*Jutta fixed at 7:33 pm. Previously, the story was misrepresented that Finnair would have canceled twelve forth his flight. In reality, Finnair canceled six round -round flights.*
