“Like a little boy in a sledding hill” – see how Janne Ahonen even came close to the Finnish star on the Lahti hill

Janne Ahonen told us earlier that he had no initial desire to jump from the Lahti Big Hill. But on Thursday morning he enjoyed it.

When the duathlon challenge was cleared, Ahonen described that he had no urge to jump. Even now, Ahonen said it was difficult to go to practice. However, his mind was changed. When she had to start concentrating on jumping, Ahonen started to get excited.

– Oh joke, I enjoyed that! I felt like a little boy on a bobsleigh track, Ahonen says.

Ahonen wondered after his training session whether he should now dare to go even faster for Saturday’s showpiece event.

– If you could get a little further, Ahonen said.
