Disney’s Snow White premieres in awkward mood – media participation restricted

Snow White has already caused a lot of dust in advance. The actors in the film have been criticised for their opinions and their looks.

The premiere of Disney’s *Lumikki* in Los Angeles was a low-profile event compared to the hoopla with which the company usually publicises its films.

Zegler, who plays Snow White, has taken to social media to defend Palestine, while Gadot, who plays the evil stepmother, stands by her country Israel.

In addition, Zegler has commented on the original *Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs*, calling it strange because Snow White has a crush on “a man who is practically persecuting her”.

According to Zegler, this time, Lumikki will not be rescued by the man or dreams of real love, which has received many traditional snow fans.

“Too woke, not woke enough”

Rachel Zegler, or rather, sparked the tone of her skin as early as 2021, when Zegler was selected for the role of Lumik. Zelger was born in the United States but is a Polish-columbian background.

The film’s European First Night was celebrated last Wednesday in Spain at a remote castle in Segovia. Only a few media had been invited.
