Spring floods are now hard to predict
According to Reijo Kärkkäinen, the natural phenomena of the current winter have been surprising: for example, there has been exceptionally little snow.

In the past, Kärkkäinen has been able to predict signs of spring, but now the circumstances make prediction challenging.
