The imprisoned had a long history of criminal history.

Among other things, he received a murder sentence in the district court in 2008 for a man burning in Lahti the previous year. Later, the Court of Appeal overturned the judgment.

The Western Uusimaa Police Department conducts an investigation into the cause of death. The death of the police premises is always investigated by the Police Board’s instructions in another police unit.
