The change negotiations in Fazer’s milling business will lead to the termination of nine jobs.

Restructuring to improve profitability and efficiency will lead to the termination of nine jobs in Finland.

In addition, according to Fazer’s press release, the job titles and responsibilities of some employees will be changed.

In Sweden, four employment relationships end with the mill business. The change negotiations have concerned about 190 employees in Fazer’s mill business in Lahti, Joutsa and Swedish Lidköping.

In January, Fazer announced the change negotiations on the mill business and confectionery production. At that time, the company estimates that negotiations may lead to a maximum of up to 23 people in both business sectors.
