Heinola Tähtihovi has found a new restaurateur and shopkeeper – currently looking for employees
The new owner of Tähtihovi restaurants also runs another restaurant in the Teboil petrol station chain in Lahti.
A new entrepreneur is renovating the Tähtihov. The legendary rest stop near the Tähtiniemi bridge has become one of the landmarks of the Nelostiemi.
The Tähtihov is currently looking for employees. The job involves various kitchen, hall and shop duties, according to an advertisement on the website of staffing company Amiko.
According to the notice, the shifts will be carried out every day of the week between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Mine Oy, who previously run restaurants and stores in Tähtihovi, filed for bankruptcy in late January.
– Net sales were already at such a minimal level that it was not enough.
The Ukrainian War and the subsequent Russian boycott have also driven Teboil gas stations in Finland.
All 15 of the minPe employees were dismissed after the bankruptcy was confirmed.
Star Hovi was opened in 1993, when the brand new Heinola Star Bridge was introduced. The bridge is said to have removed one of the most cramped traffic bottlenecks in the Finnish main road network.
