Sexmane collaborates with convicted Swedish rapper on new song

Rapper Yasin has links to violent gangs and has several convictions.

Criminal history

Yasin is known to have been a member of the violent Shottaz gang, which operates in the Stockholm suburb of Rinkeby. According to Swedish police, the musician has also been a leading figure in the gang.

In 2018, Yasin was sentenced to two years in prison. The conviction was related to Shottaz’s activities. The artist had fled from the police and a loaded gun was found near him.

The crimes did not remain here: in 2021, Yasin was sentenced to ten months’ imprisonment for the preparation of a young rapper. When the part of the previous sentence was included, the imprisonment was one and a half years.

Sony Music does not want to comment on Sexmanen’s collaboration with Yasin in any way. According to Sony, this is a publication of the artist’s own record label, where Sony Music is a distributor.
