The return of migratory birds to Finland will soon be celebrated again. Help us develop the Spring of the Migratory Birds app and its companion content. You can also take part in a prize draw.

The Spring of the Migratory Birds app, developed by the University of Jyväskylä, is part of Yle Nature’s Spring of the Migratory Birds series, which celebrates the return of migratory birds to Finland. It includes radio programmes, short videos and stories online and on social media.

We will follow the spring migration of the satellite bird, share interesting facts about migratory birds and their amazing journeys, give tips on bird identification and organise a poetry competition. Help us make the programme better by answering this survey!
