Chisu throws his farewell gigs: \”The most wonderful experiences of my life\”

The concerts summing up the singer’s 15-year career have been overshadowed by the death of her father.

– Hungry. Happy. Enthusiastic. Excited. Everything. The spectrum is wide and deep and high and wide, Chisu describes his feelings.

The framework and content of the musician’s concerts are the same every time. Over the course of a couple of hours, you will hear almost 30 songs from his career. The gig is divided into six parts, each with four songs.

– They each have different mini-artists that I have considered important to me.

– This is a perfect ending. I am so happy that I decided to do this. I get to live with this band many times, says Chisu about his nine farewell gigs.

Tavastia has probably seen the biggest production of all time. The small space is full of big screens and a catwalk runs through the floor.

Although the concert set is the same, the atmosphere of each night has varied according to the audience. According to the singer, some nights have been wilder, while others have been more concert hall-like and focused.

– It has been wonderful to notice that every evening has been different. And of course my father passed away on Tuesday, so of course that has had an effect as well. Please note that we and the audience somehow went through it together beautifully.

The singer’s father still had time to see his daughter perform at Tavastia on Monday of last week.

Chisu.
– Yes, you can call me Chisu in the future. I’ve already been thinking about a new artist name, but I don’t know if I’ll ever publish anything.

Chisu could have done one bigger gig at the Helsinki Ice Hall, for example, but he is satisfied that he ended up doing several intimate club gigs.

– The most wonderful experiences of my life. This sums up my 15-year career as Chisuna. I think that the whole next year will be digested and we will think about what has happened here. I am very happy.

Tomorrow, Independence Day, Chisu will hold his last concert under this stage name or he will deep freeze Chisu.

The musician still can’t guess what goes through his mind after the lights go out.

– I’ve tried to think, but I think it will come as it comes.

– Then there’s the party. Then let’s go back there to our own lives. My father’s funeral is coming up. Christmas is coming and the forties are coming, when they had to be postponed from last year. Yes, there are all kinds of parties here, but probably a kind of relaxation. Let’s dig the woolen socks out of the closet.
