Qstock, which is turning 20, announced the first performers – domestic top name Ville Valo and farewell Popeda

Today, Qstock is one of the biggest festivals in Finland and has been sold out for eight summers in a row.

The list of performers also includes, for example, Apulanta, who filled the Olympic Stadium last summer, and Popeda, who recently announced the decision to quit. In addition to them, there is a long list of top domestic names such as Gettomasa, Gasellit, J.Karjalainen, Stam1na, The 69 Eyes, Ilta and Erika Vikman.

Danish rock band D-A-D and Dutch symphonic metal band Epica were announced as the first foreign confirmations.

In its first year, the small-scale event attracted more than 7,000 visitors instead of the expected 3,000 visitors to Kuusisaari, and over the next three years it grew into a festival with 20,000 visitors. Today, 40,000 people celebrate at the two-day festival, and the event has sold out eight years in a row.

Qstock 2023 will be held in the Kuusisaari and Raati area in Oulu on the 28th-29th. July 2023. Ticket sales for the event will start on Thursday, December 1 at 9 a.m.
